The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacist LOST my prescription. As it was a Saturday there was nothing I could do. It was also on repeat so the repeat is lost as well. The pharmacist would not even give me a letter to take to my GP to say it had been lost. Totally inappropriate behaviour by the pharmacist has left me feeling really ill. So I will have to go back to my GP and say it has been lost but as I do not have a letter from the pharmacy there is no guarantee the GP will believe me. I have no idea how a pharmacist can be so untrustworthy, if she was sincere about losing the prescription she would have given me a letter to take to my GP apologizing. I find it difficult to believe this has actually occurred

The staff are friendly and helpful and the shop is clean and accessible physically BUT they use an electric room diffuser to perfume the shop. While this might be pleasant for some it is actually an accessibility issue for anyone with sensory issues or weak immunity. Not only was I unable to process information given verbally about medicine but also I felt sick for a good couple of hours after being in there. When I mentioned it verbally I was told that 'Most people like it' and when I emailed I was told that they would look at moving the diffuser. Evidently they don't value their core customer base. I would have thought a pharmacy would care about accessibility but anyone who is autistic, who has autistic children, who has cancer or is otherwise immunocompromised might want to go elsewhere.

Just want to thank Lane and Steadman for going the extra mile with my son's prescription. They spent time after closing to fill in part of my son's emergency prescription from what they had in stock. I think they are doing their very best with a system that doesn't function at all. Well done.

I agree with the review down below. Younger stuff very friendly, the older woman with black hair grumpy, miserable, sometimes rude with how she answers simple questions, talks to you like you bother her, she has NO IDEA of what customer service is about. Every time I go there ( my local pharmacy ) I’m treated unpolitely by her. She obviously must hate her job. No hello, no smile, nothing from her except from grumpy face and terrible rude customer service. The young man who works there and other girls are lovely. But the elder woman brings this place down and the opinion. What a shame.
