Not impressed of late. £10 prescription charge, others deliver free. Pharmacist in boundary road most impolite. Queens parade were not over helpful either. During this pandemic, I would expect staff to be helpful. I've experienced so much kindness in the community from so many stores. My surgery suggested I change to Kamson's. They offer free delivery & were very polite, patient & helpful, like my experience with boots in the past.
