I have been with this pharmacy for over a year. The staff are rude I think because I'm trans. They are often happy to leave me without my medications even though there are dangerous indications if left unmediated. They are not understanding on the phone and speak over me as they pass the buck. I would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy. Rowan reid

Prescription was delivered very quickly and the chemist is obviously very efficient but the sullen face of the lady at the counter is just not what one would expect and needs to improve her attitude to her customers or get more training!

Terrible staff communication. They charged me £18 without informing me one medicine isn't available. And nobody told me that I should come and get it later. What if I don't go and check it with them again. Staff was rude. So bad!!

Terrible staff communication, constantly I called them they told me one thing like I can book my flu vaccine on a Tuesday, then when I go there they told me not I have to come back another day next week even though I confirm in the telephone one week before. Then for my repeat prescription they told me is it ok to have repeat and pick up 2 days later, then when I pick up they told me no cause I have to re booked with the GP before, when previously the surgery staff instructed me to directly ask the prescription to pharmacy. I am not sure why the staff contradicts so much and they constantly miscommunicate to customers

I booked my pfeizer vaccine online and was directed to Kamsons. When I got there I was told they were only offering pfeizer as boosters and I informed the lady administering the vaccines I opted for pfeizer on the nhs site as a personal preference and no other vaccine. I was told that's fine it won't be a problem and I should wait my turn and so I waited for another half an hour. When it was my turn the lady administering the vaccines then tells me unfortunately she won't be able to give me the vaccine unless it is a booster but that I can get Moderna instead. This was a waste of my time because she could have told me this the moment I walked in and I could have gone elsewhere and not waited 2 hours just to be given an ultimatum. Very disorganised and unprofessional. The lady checking us in however was very delightful, apologetic and helpful.
