This is an excellent example of how to get things right. If you are looking for a WAV then look no further. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were happy to come to give us a comprehensive road test. Answered all our questions and weren't pushy at all. We dealt with Harry and he was a great ambassador for the company. A good range of vehicles and everyone is very helpful and friendly - a special thanks to Harry who showed us a vehicle and gave us plenty of time to look around without being pushy - a welcome change.

Bought a wav from wavgb and unfortunately had an unforeseen problem with the vehicle, contacted them and can only say they couldn't have done more to sort out the problem, was very happily surprised at their honesty and helpfulness, many thanks to David, who phoned when he said he would and was reassuringly professional, no attempt to avoid the problem just got on with it to a very happy conclusion, can't recommend them enough, many thanks.

Best new vehicle experience. Vehicle immaculate inside and out. Harry was a complete delight to deal with and exceeded expectations. This is the place to go if you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle in the U.K. and I would not hesitate using them again in future or recommending them to others.

I hired a wheelchair accessible vehicle from WAV GB and nearly bought a car from them (only buying elsewhere as I found a cheaper but older vehicle). In all of my interactions Brian and Harry were very friendly and efficient and there was no pressure to buy. It felt like a family firm.
