Amazing value. Like seeing a physio as they are very responsive to your specific issue. I couldn't move my neck and 30 minutes later I can. Thanks David G!

I’ve been coming to Walk In Backrub for years now. It’s so convenient to pop in either from a shopping trip, or during my lunch break at work. As the branches are all around central London, I tend to make an excuse to pass by. I feel revitalised after especially working at a desk, getting that tension out is AMAZING! I can list a few of my favourite massage therapists!

Excellent back rub - strong and focused - felt great afterwards. Forward seated in special chair - easy to relax while being massaged. Walked in and straight into the message.

Thought of treating myself with a quick backrub of 10 minutes for £14. Overpriced and did not feel any difference after getting the backrub. Waste of money. Will try something better next time!

Excellent. I’ve been to multiple Walk-in Backrub locations dozens of times in the past few years.

Excellent. I’ve been to multiple Walk-in Backrub locations dozens of times in the past few years. The one in Neal’s Yard is slightly smaller (as befits the area), but on the weekends seems to have at least 3 people giving massages so the wait hasn’t been bad. They operate as the name suggests - walk in and you can get a chair back massage in 10 minute increments - no appointment needed (or taken). They clean between each person, were wearing face masks, and have a clear timer on the wall for each person so easy to see what time elapsed. Tip: Make sure you get their paper rewards card as you buy 9 massages and get the 10th free.

I had a back massage by David at Neals Yard branch. It was the best neck/shoulder massage I’ve had for a long time. I couldn’t recommend David more, he’s clearly well experienced and a true professional. I will definitely be returning when next in the area
