Had a lovely hot stone massage with Theresa, even though i was running late she accommodated me and adjusted my massage to focus on problem areas thoroughly. I couldn’t recommend her more, she made my birthday that extra bit special, thank you!

You get what you pay for, so based on that it's quite good. The 'spa' facilities are very tired and run down. You're given used flipflops to wear each time which I don't personally like, the change rooms are tiny so on a busy day it's chaos and there's no hot tub/spa, just steam rooms and a cold plunge pool. Some of the showers have a body wash in them but that's it, so I'd take your own products if you intend on showering there. The therapies and therapists are nice enough, it's all just 'ok'. But again, for the price, it's probably about right.

I've given this spa 4 stars because the facilities are decent. It's definitely relaxing. However some of the people who come to use the facilities are very loud and way to talkative for the setting- it's not the spas fault. The changing room is soo small, its terrible when it gets crowded- so when theres alot of bookings beware.

First timer at this spa. Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and people density. Friendly and social regulars. Cold plunge pool was cold enough to give a good contrast to the dry saunas and steam room. Water, robe, towel and flip flops were provided. Locker room was very small but wasn't an issue during this visit. I'll be back, good value and proper relaxing activity. Thumbs up.

I had this experience as gift from my friend, the spa and some treatments. everything was great, however, the receptionist , was so rude, she looked tired, stressed... (I'd say from east European)she didn't say "hello" she just asked for our names and we had to wait 10min when we were told during the week we can come in at any time. in our check out time, she didn't say anything, only asked for the wristbands, and we swapped it with my friend ... and she said " I gave you this wristbands, so I will need it the same, yeah? I don't need your friend's wristband" maybe, this receptionist needs a long holiday and she can come back to work and treat well the clients, because we come to relax not to see over-stressed people

Sadly I am going to leave a negative review … Thai is a horrible place .. The customer service is very poor especially I would highlight the two lady behind the desk … unfortunately I don’t know their name but I will find out as they are very unprofessional.. One of them didn’t wanna let us in today because we were late … they said the following ‘ sorry we are fully booked today ‘ ( easy to say this right ?) Then I asked for the manager … suddenly he was unable to come down to the reception … eventually they let us in and when we walked in to the VERY SMALL PROBABLY 2 meter by 3 meter changing room !! - the lady followed me and kept criticising my swimsuit… surely she had a bad day right ? Or she just doesn’t like to work there ? … Later on she ‘ found me ‘ again and she told me off of not using the shower properly I mean I am sorry these people have no idea of using the spa properly … I have been visiting different saunas for 16 years now ( back home nearly everyday ) so I am very experienced.. This place is dirty the sauna smells … Please avoid

I have been going to this Spa happily for years. However lately the spa really has run down facilities. It was especially dirty today - which is not ok in Covid times…and both saunas had broken seats. When I complained to the staff that the toilets and steam room were dirty, they just brushed it off as normal. There was a group of very loud people disturbing everyone, which the staff as well didn’t want to do anything about. Won’t be going back.

3 Stars because my therapist Michelle was absolutely brilliant - aside from that this "Spa" is dark and dingy! Not sure why, but the Old Street Spa is really dark compared to the Bethnal Green Spa which is brightly lit. It's also outdated and shabby which takes away from the idea of a "Spa Experience". Due to a lack of staff there is no one available to show you around or explain the facilities - you just stumble around on your own, and as others have mentioned most of the lockers don't work. The lockers that do work don't have hangers or hooks so your clothes and belongings are left in a heap. The receptionists are unsure of the treatments that are available and the booking process is a nightmare - on the day of my Spa I got a phone call telling me they had no payment showing against my appointment. I had paid £113.00 the week before in person because no one responds to the booking system. After several wasted hours (I had to go home and look for the receipt) they confirmed that they could see the payment and rebooked me for the following week. They offered me a gift voucher for the inconvenience, but overall I'd rather spend three times the price and have a real Spa day in a luxury environment than go to a place that is disorganized with run down facilities.
