My husband and I both had AWAY Signature Massages by NEOM for 60 mins. We both had amazing masseuses named Clara and Aimee. They were both friendly and gave us a warm welcome. My husband and I needed these massages really badly as we both had stressful and hectic last few months, so we were very happy with the way the girls took care of us and made sure we left relaxed. Thank you! :)

Extremely small, steam room very noisy, no drinking water provided within wet area. Treatment itself quite nice but being asked for a gratuity is unpleasant and unnecessary.

Really disappointing. The correspondence whilst trying to book was no timely. When we arrived we had to wait ages to be attended to. The receptionist then went in to open a door on a man changing even though we told her three times that someone was in there. My scrub was not half an hour and felt rushed. My Ren facial was ok. I hand enquired if we could use the facilities prior to our treatments but there is literally just a very small sauna and steam room. I was told I'd hear back from the manager today and haven't yet. I wouldn't waste your money and recommend going else where.

Will give it a 4 for customer service as the team were great, I had a lovely lady Mikala who did a great job on scrub treatment. However for the prices charged, the spa was very underwhelming (hence the overall 3). It's tiny, cramped and the facilities quite poor for a central London hotel in the heart of Leicester Sq. I would expect much more and it did not meet expectations. If you're looking for an overall spa experience, this isn't it.

There is a reason they are the best!! I went in with my sister last month to Away Spa 🧖🏻‍♀

There is a reason they are the best!! I went in with my sister last month to Away Spa 🧖🏻‍♀️ 🧖🏻‍♀️. I got the “Feel the Pressure” Massage. To be honest i have had a lot of massages but this was something else. I asked for my back and neck to be treated more as i work from home and my shoulders were stiff. The lady did a marvellous job! She was very kind and gentle. I had asked for deep pressure to be applied and my cracks and knots were all sorted. These things can be painful, but i did not twitch twice. I also had an away signature facial. Now, most facials are bunch load of creams but what you really want is someone to massage your face and get your nerves moving. This was exactly that! Again, Fabulous job! I almost fell into deep sleep 💤 it was so good. It wasn’t a creamy affair, if that is something you might be keen on. This is an express pressure point + face massage. The welcome was lovely with a decanter full of seasonal fruits infused water! And we got to use the steam and sauna after. Another bonus is obviously, you get a robe and house slippers! This is where you need to be on a weekend Courtesy, Maera
