Over charged us for hot drinks out of the machine then claimed they didn't know the cup sizes. Also another of the group was given change hurriedly wrapped in the receipt when she checked the change was missing. Not an experience one would expect from Waitrose.

Never been to these services before and will give it a miss in the future. Staff in the KFC totally rude and unhelpful. And whoever designed the toilet facilities to be on the ground floor down 2 flights of stairs wants shooting. I am disabled and use a walking stick, and although there is 1 disabled toilet on the shop floor, you only need a coach load of elderly people to really put a strain on this toilet - also make sure you have a disabled key otherwise you will not get in. Also looking at mums with children in prams etc, how must they feel ??. Sorry Peartree but very disappointed with our exoerience.

Crisps are simply a vehicle for dip. Why then does this entire Waitrose not have a single dip option

Crisps are simply a vehicle for dip. Why then does this entire Waitrose not have a single dip option but an extravagant selection of crisps. Is a Waitrose without Hummus even a Waitrose?
