Two stars as the gym look like everything is not organised and just left by its own! First the mirror in front of the benches is too high and it’s like seating in front blank wall, lower the mirror and put some more mirrors and make virtual more space!

Great place with a fantastic feel, plenty of free weights and machines so everyone can get a decent workout. Only draw back is that because it's part of a hotel you never really know how busy it's going to be and at peak times you'll be lucky to get on anything other than a treadmill. Still good though!

I hate to leave a review like this, as the gym itself is nice and the floor staff have been helpful. However, the communication regarding membership has been centralised and it has been impossible to have a conversation about cancellation. We had to cancel due to the pandemic and change of routine. Both me and my partner were threatened with 'debt collection' despite us trying to contact them numerous times. With no response, we have received threatening (probably automated messages). This really let's the gym down as there is very little chance we would consider rejoining now.

Really good facility, staff are always friendly, and they take COVID seriously though some staff don’t wear masks over noses and it is a little on the pricey side.

Love this gym. Well spaced out, a good range of equipment and great atmosphere. Pool and sauna are also great. Changing rooms are big with plenty of lockers. Staff are helpful and friendly. Well worth the membership fee.

They fail to explain the full terms and conditions with you before you agree to enter into a membership. Proceed with caution, the small print is endless and you will be sold a 12 month contract without being told. Obviously a sales team that thrive off the commission they receive I was waiting for 2 and a half weeks for a call back to discuss my membership with a member of their team. Only had a reply when I called in myself.
