The seller tried to cheat me. I'm French and he did not give me back all the money thinking that I will not pay attention because I do not know the different parts.

Went in to purchase a pair of shoes this morning with my housemates. We were completely ignored by all members of staff on the shop floor and had to approach them ourselves. When we did approach someone, they bluntly told us to go and find someone else to help us, even though there was no one else around. We then found a lady who we thought worked there (it was hard to tell as no one was wearing any kind of uniform) and she was very unwelcoming towards us, we got the vibe that she did not want to be there and also did not want us to be there. We received the worst customer service we've ever experienced and we would not recommend anyone even entering this store, as it put us in a bad mood for the rest of the day. The only redeeming factor was the lovely guy who actually put the transaction through at the till, as he actually complimented my shoes and seemed like the only employee with any life left in him.

Absolutely appalling customer service from the lady on the shoe department this morning. I decided to purchase shoes elsewhere and pay extra for a polite service.

I was here this morning with my brother and he saw a pair of shoes that he liked. We spoke to 3 shop assistants to ask if they had the shoes in the size that we needed and they kept telling us to ask the person in the shoe section but there was nobody there. The last guy that we asked was really rude. He had the machine to check if there is the size in the shop and he told us that they did have the size, but that we should ask to another assistant, and when we told him that we had already asked everyone in the shop he just ignored us and walked away. I had never experienced a situation where people working in a shop don’t want you to buy their products. We couldn’t buy the shoes because nobody was willing to attend us. It’s surreal.

We went to the shop this morning to get some brown shoes for my partner the shop assistants were really nice and helpful we also got an expensive hoodie but when we went to the till the cashier told my partner "oh these shoes smell so good" and he said "oh nice" then the cashier told him "no..I was being sarcastic". There was no need to be sarcastic mainly when you working with costumers. I get that customers can be difficult sometimes but this was not the case. Did not want to make a scene as the other guys were so nice and helped us finding the right shoes. Definitely not going back. The girl at the till needs to learn good manners.

I used to like USC when it was in Leeds. I used to shop for my trainers there. Here in Brighton though, women only??? The worst customer service too. I mean really really bad customer service. When the outfit and the shoe is not fitting then you will be ignored or get a brief info on a product before they walk away from you. And completely ignore you.
