Great shop. All the staff are really helpful and know their stuff. Very friendly atmosphere in store. Lots of customers chatting away to each other. Great selection of hardware and juices and loads of testers to try.

Their site promotes a car park. Beware it doesnt! A single yellow line outside and a very vigilant parking policy in all surrounding roads. Website advertises stock that's not in branch. I've heard others say the same.

Purchased the wrong item. On the website both coils had the word baby in them and on receipt they were for different models. That’s fine as it’s my mistake, but when contacting customer services to resolve and even purchase the other tank that the coil would fit, the conversation ended with a condescending link to the right coils even after explaining that I had made the error. Pointless customer service who will waste your time.

Best place to get mods. The best service.

First time buyer, popped into the store and spoke to the man at the desk named Ilir and explained I was new to all this stuff. He was very helpful asked me what flavours I liked and recommended some too, he helped me pick out some great choices and was very polite and friendly. Will definitely come back again.

The staff are amazing, they go out of there way to help you. Would not trust another store. I was using the wrong vap and juice for such a long time and they showed me a vap that will help me stop smoking and it has worked 10 🌟 fantastic staff
