We had a great experience dealing with Charlotte and her new deputy manager. They stayed later than they should have to make sure we got the holiday we wanted and didn't get frustrated with our many questions. Unhappy with opening times and lack of customer service. Dropped off child at grandma's to head to store at 7.10pm to book a holiday at a specific hotel within summer holidays. All details known in order to make quick booking but young assistant had to do banking duties and was turned away. Appointment was offered for another time but not accommodating for people that work full-time. Please don't advertise open until 8pm if you are not willing to serve customers. Solution, last walk ins advertised as 7pm? Now lost our custom.

I needed to travel from the UK to Tasmania, Australia the very next day to attend a family funeral in just 2 days time. I wasn't sure it would be possible within such a short timeframe. I was feeling quite emotional due to the nature of my visit and quite anxious too. However, your lovely employee Robyn had everything sorted for me in no time at all. She was brilliant! Very professional and thoughtful and dealt with my booking so competently. A real asset to your company. Thank you.
