Absolutely not to be trusted. Booked our honeymoon through them couldn't fault the service it was fantastic with knowledgeable staff in store. Lots of promises about efforts to upgrade us etc. Even convinced us to fly from London ( flight was slightly cheaper and direct) by including their free travel service. Then we got a letter from coop travel group saying the booking was with them and quartz were no longer part of their group. Contacted quartz where the manager lied to us told us it was all a mix up and not to worry. A few weeks before we were due to fly we realised we hadn't got tickets etc and tried to contact quartz. Turned out they had gone into administration a few days before. No one from quartz contacted us to explain / apologise. Due to a computer error we weren't booked through quartz usual office and had to phone a another number to find our what was happening with our booking. Fortunately the travel group they were part of had received the payment and the booking was honoured and we had a fantastic honeymoon but due to quartz travels outright lies and shady business practises we had a huge amount of stress in the run up which we didn't need. Plus at a few weeks notice we had to arrange airport transfers to London which ended up costing nearly £500 as the travel was included with quartz but not with their parent group. According to the press the former owner is still running it as manager which means I would absolutely recommend anyone avoid this company!

If you are looking for a bespoke holiday then quartz travel is the place for you to go, me and my wife love the attention to detail, they can accommodate for all your needs, we was given a 24/7 phone number if we ever have any problems which was great news and made us feel so relaxed, they have gone that extra mile for us, better than any other travel agents we have been too, will be using again and will definitely recommend.

What a nice team the people of Quartz Travel are. They made everything so easy for me to enjoy my holidays. After a couple of problems i had in the country where I was. (Hotels fault, not theirs) they fixed everything quickly and without hassle. That's the kind of help you want from your travel agency. I can't wait to book with them again.

Only interested if you're spending £1000's. We were given a £100 gift voucher and decided to use it to book a hotel in Brugges on 10/11/16 as we were attending a remembrance day event in the area. Despite numerous phone calls and related apologies for not receiving a call back, we never did get the call back to book the accommodation. They will now miss out my business international travel bookings as they have provided such poor service for such a simple request.
