We booked a holiday to Kos (Greece) with these guys, I must say they were very helpful over the phone and always answered our questions regarding cocid government guidelines etc I downloaded the TUI app which was very helpful and convenient. Would definitely consider them on our next travel.

Just got off the phone with TUI. We booked a holiday 15 days before departure. We wanted to make a change (Move to another hotel only) before 11 days before departure. But they wanted to take the whole booking amount as cancellation fee and then charge for an entire new holiday. So we would end up paying double. We weren't told that we had only 24 hours to make a change while making our booking in the shop. We have been told Pre-Covid you only had 12 weeks before departure fees for changes would be made! Lesson learnt... never book in the TUI shop and fact check the terms and conditions yourself before booking.
