This is single-handedly the worst customer service I have ever received. They have stolen our money without providing the services promised and now refuse to resolve the situation. DO NOT use them. My husband and I are trying to sort visa plan as I am American. We paid for the advice package which has expectations for what is included clearly laid out on their website. First we had a disappointing advice session where many of the promises on the website were simply not fulfilled. And now, most infuriating is we have spent the last THREE weeks trying to get the summary letter promised, answers to our questions as promised and a resolution to the on-going customer service disgrace. We have called at least SEVEN times for upwards of 30 minutes-an hour calls - every time we are met with different solutions and promises that NOT ONE person has followed through on. They refuse to let you speak to a manager. And now on my SEVENTH call to complain and find a resolution, I am told I have to file a formal complaint that may take 30 days for them to investigate - when I have already been waiting 3 weeks for them to investigate and find a solution. Very baffled as to how they have such good reviews currently.

Stay away from this place! I sadly have rated them as 1 star only because I can't rate as lower or a negative. During my first meeting all was good but then when past to the person dealing with my case she seemed to understand what was required but in reality made so many mistakes I have to go through and check every single bit myself. I complained and they didn't argue the mistakes! Save a huge amount of money and do it yourself the forms aren't so bad and Google and forums have so much advice..... These guys are cowboys! Stay away you have been warned..... I only wish I had been! IAS can't find my details as the case was under my wife's names as the visa was for her. When we complained to IAS they would make sure this won't happen again (but this doesn't help me or my wife). No compensation was ever offered for the huge amount of money paid by my wife and I for the extra stress, time, appointments to IAS to go through the mistakes they made and the nights and days that my wife and I had to spend checking and rechecking all the documentation put together which we then had little to no faith in! I am writing this review now as we have just completed a new visa (ourselves) easily and simply but remembered the stress and pain of this first time and thought I should let others know.

My case workers was Saimah Razzaq and Kurshida Begum. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I applied settlement Visa for my husband and two children. They gave me very professional advice and guidance all the way through and we received our Visa very quickly. Thanks to Saimah and Kurshida our application was succeeded. They study my case very closely and gave me all the advice which really help us to achieve success. They are quick, efficient and reliable team. There service was wonderful. If you need someone friendly and understandable and also someone to guide you on a right path to sucess I highly recommend IAS and specially Saimah and Kurshida as an adivisors. Thank you very much Saimah and Kurshida without you we will not be happy family as today. It was because you helped us all the way through our application we managed to live under one roof as a family here in UK. Thank you IAS team. You are wonderful. Himali from Sri Lanka

I received excellent service from our Immigration Lawyer. He took as much time as was needed to figure out my best immigration options. He followed up with a detailed letter explaining all of my options. He was courteous and understanding which, as a person feeling completely lost in a new country, made me feel looked after.
