My wife lost her card from our joined account and we called the bank to block it when she found it out then went to this office for ordering a new one. She received a new one but it was issued for me! Ok, we went there second time and ask to issue a **contactless** card for **my wife** again. Just received the card today and it was indeed issued for my wife but this time it wasn't contactless, even though we explicitly asked for a contactless one. And, moreover, her card wasn't blocked when we called the bank but, of cause, it's not this branch's fault.
