I came in with a complicated request, with ID but no card. They couldn’t have been more helpful while being totally professional. Very impressed, and not for the first time.

Booked an appointment to open the account. Got the text with confirmation. 30min after appointment time I asked one of the staff about when I gone be served. They have been suppressed that I’m here at all as they have not recorded the appointment at all. Also can’t be served today as there is no available slots. So I took a day off work, paying for the car park and fuel and waisted my time and nerves to be send away. This place is proper waist of time. I didn’t aspected so unprofessional treatment from bank society. I guess that it’s not for me and will have to go somewhere else to open my business account.
