Excellent service from the moment I booked my first appointment. My patient adviser Alison was lovely, always there to answer any questions I had and was really helpful the whole way through. My surgery was done by Dr Bitzos, who I highly recommend. Every member of staff I met at Riverside Hospital, including all the nurses who looked after me were brilliant, I couldn’t fault a thing. Staff are very nice and friendly. However underwent surgery initially very happy, however having undergone revision surgery I have been extremely disappointed in they results, which I was assured by Dr Frati that there would be no such changes. I have written to head office with a complaint. Now telling me I should wait 12 months. Are they serious???!!!! I am so unhappy how they have delt with me I am thinking to take legal action. Transform you can not bodge up people's bodies and expect them to live with it. It's not what we pay thousands for.

I recently had a BA with Mr. Lahoud and Transform at this clinic! I had the most fantastic time from the moment I arrived, up until the moment I left. This clinic is very hygienic, the staff are amazing, friendly and very caring, the food is delicious and the rooms were very spacious! Even the bed was comfy! I was constantly checked up on and the staff made sure I was okay, I never once had to press my buzzer when I was there as I had a very smooth and uneventful recovery. The anaesthetic team I had were brilliant, at first I was very nervous when meeting them but they made me laugh a few times whilst struggling to get my shy veins to show up for my cannula. I had a nurse with me until I fell asleep and she held my hand (allowing me to squeeze it because I hate needles! Bleh) during the shy vein episode! Mr. Lahoud did an amazing job and I’m over the moon with the results! I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the south of England!

I would not recommend this clinic. The doctor FRATI is very unprofessional and a cowboy. Very rude and appears unhygeinic. Always running late. We waited 3hours to be seen and no apologie was given. Consultation was only 5min with all wrong info and left us with un answered questions thank to DR FRATI

1st class service. 100% satisfied. I had rhinoplasty in June 2017 and this week upper & lower blepharoplasty. I am over moon with the results from both procedures and all my treatment I have received from the team at this hospital. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming to me and me husband. The nursing staff & theatre staff were so caring, professional and so happy to put you at ease and answer any of your concerns. I had the same surgeon who is just the most amazing doctor I have ever met both in the public and privater sector and I will definitely be having him for my face lift in the future. The cleanliness of the hospital was immaculate and the catering staff fabulous! Thank you so much.

The staff here made my surgery almost a pleasure. Everyone was friendly, professional and caring. It felt like I was in a hotel! I would definately recommend transform to anyone wishing to undergo a cosmetic procedure and I couldn't believe how little pain I experienced. Thank you Transform.
