What a shambles, ordered my daughter's asthma inhalers online for a repeat prescription...wasn't done. Went into the surgery, was told to wait until 9am then Dr would sign prescription, Dr wasn't there so was told by the staff that it wohld be signed and sent to our nominated pharmacy..sainsburys upton. Went it Sainsburys at lunchtime, not there, went back at 6pm.. not there. rang drs next morning and after 5 mins was told it would be at Sainsburyss after lunch. Went there at 2pm not there. Went back to drs to be told it's defiantly been sent to Sainsburys ...Went back there at 6pm not there...so 2 days later my daughter still has not got her astmha inhalers...I will try again tomorrow

People are right...you ARE lefting waiting in the waiting room a long time. I was there to have blood taken. My appointment was at 11:10. At 11:40 I still hadn't went in. An older man AND a woman with a baby had to see the same person after me and they were NOT happy. Also the appointment lottery is ridiculous! You have to call in at 8am and keep trying and trying and trying...by the time you get someone it's too late, all the appointments are gone. Now the staff. I see a lot of people saying how bad the doctors are but one of them correctly digagnosed our son with a rare skin conditon when three trips to the after hrs hadn't. (there was still nothing they could do for him, but still). I find the doctors to be friendly and professional even though they have about 5 minutes to see you and that's it.

This week, as well as an annual health check, I received a Pneumonia and Shingles vaccination . I feel very fortunate to be a patient under the care of Nurses like Cheryl McDonnell, her expertise and reassuring nature a tribute to the practice. I am grateful for the prompting of the Pneumonia and Shingles vaccination, particularly in the present climate. Robin Johnson.
