Topps Tiles York (Clifton Moor) york

Been mugged off twice and had to come back as been overcharged but kept telling on the till that i paid in cash and had a receipt, he still charged me for the grout. Came back another day with my husband and another lady gave me half of the money as a return in cash and i realized as i was walking out so i came back and she kept the rest under the till.. will try and avoid this shop in future.

I came here for an A level art project where I needed tiles. We spoke to Becky and she was very helpful and gave us the tiles we needed at a very reasonable price. She also gave us a very good quote on adhesive if we needed to come back and let us take away smashed or broken tiles they didn’t want any more. Very helpful.

Went into the store to order wall and floor tiles. the wall tiles although well promoted in store were unavailable. And although very disappointed we ordered the floor tiles. And paid in full for tiles adhesive,and grout. We were told by Becky after she checked her screen the tiles would in on Tues. We got a call from Becky on Sunday saying the tiles would probably be in on Friday due to stock shortages. And now today Wednesday, l went into store again and was told it might be Monday but that it wasn't a certainty. On Sunday we made it plain that the tiles were need first thing Monday to start the job My point is that on Saturday the amount of stock should have been known. So why then take my money and keep fobbing me off with different delivery dates. We have now had to rush round to find replacements. Not great service. Will not be recommending to anyone else.

Excellent service throughout

Order white tiles, they were ready for collection pretty quickly and helped load them into the car. Great service, quality products.

Shop at the Clifton Moor store was help by the shop assistant chilli he was such a great help from helping us decide which tiles to choose to loading the car and when we couldn't get them all in let us come back the next day we didn't even leave the car he load them in for us he was a star from start to finish

Great experience from online ordering, to communication over the telephone, samples arrived when said, tiles arrived in store day they said and they had called us by 9am for collection. When I arrived at the store my order was waiting on a pallette and then wheeled out to my van. Very helpful and friendly staff would highly recommend.

I use topps tiles regularly to get what I need to run my tiling business and they are always great with any customers that I send in to look for the perfect tile. Lots of choice and up to date looks They usually have what I need right there and if not they will source it quickly and at good prices The shop is clean and set out well so I can see what I what with ease.
