Always friendly knowledgeable staff when I've been in store to order/collect. Never had to return anything purchased as the product quality is great.

There was lots I wanted and my needs were satisfied by a young sales assistant who was overflowing with patience. All of which saved me time.

My partner came in Wednesday 10th March at lunchtime. He cannot thank the man who served him enough ( I am really sorry He didn’t get your name) he said you went above and beyond to help him with a plumbing problem he had to change a broken obsolete plastic tap connector. He didn’t have a clue what he was looking for and you took the time to find out exactly what he needed. 10 minutes later he had what he needed and half an hour after that he also had a very happy customer as well. So would definitely recommend this store, an in particular the gentleman who served him.
