I'm a regular visitor to this branch. 18th May 2021. Called in for my regular weekly bread order. Can't fault the produce but the customer service is appalling. I didn't realise that there was already 4 in the shop. I was confronted by who I can only describe as a middle aged fish wife assistant shouting at me from behind the counter. ' there's only 4 people allowed in the shop and you just marched in' .. you need to train your staff on how to deal with YOUR customers. Consequently I will not be using this branch any more. I went to the co-op instead.
