Sole staff member was smoking directly outside the front door and told us to wait until she was finished her cigarette before we could enter and be served. This was at 2:55 pm on a week day. Didn't wait around after this. This is far from the service you'd expect from Krispie Kreme in the centre of a busy city..

Go here quite a bit to get donuts for work. There are a few staff who are super helpful and friendly and if you download the app you can get some really good deals. The only downside of Krispy Kreme is that without deals the donuts are pretty pricey
