disgusting food cold tasteless and the bagels are rock solid the staff are all miserable as sin and have 0 customer service skills took a good 20 minutes to get a salmon bagel and coffee the coffee was cold by the time it arrived and the bagel was so hard it could break teeth also ridicolousy overpriced!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO ELSEWHERE YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!!

Clearly they are completely under prepared for the volume of customers, just a small toaster and one microwave to serve everyone makes everything painfully slow. Also not helping was Agata ,Josh and Kharys who seemed to be going for the world record of working as slowly as possible...it made me want to weep. To add insult to injury,when I got my bagel it looked like it had been thrown together by someone who had just came in at 3am from a massive nigbt out...Clearly bagel nash need to give these 3 some serious training on both work ethic and how to actually do thier job.

Should of walked away when I saw how untidy and unsanitary the placed look. Surprise surprise my bagel was awful, the bagel its self was rock hard, not fresh at all, really disappointed wont be returning

Unfortunately I will not be returning! Although friendly, the staff didn't fill me with a sense of being hygienic. I'd rather feel that my food was from someone who took a pride in their own appearance. Very disappointing as I used to love this outlet.

Lovely breakfast bagel. Plenty to choose from and all fresh ingredients. I didn't really enjoy the coffee, but i suppose you don't go to bagel nash for the coffee.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I came in for a quick stop before I went to work, I was greeted by a lad with a striped top abs he was extremely helpful and guided me through the bagels. I saw him alone on shift and he was well met with other customers ahead of me and behind. He was quick to make me a chicken club. I loved it. Definitely coming back!!

We stopped for a quick bite after shopping at McCarther Glen York. I went for The chicken club, spot on very tasty my wife had the Classic, she enjoyed it. I got meal deal as I was having a drink, bag of crisps, great value. My wife wanted a hot drink so no meal deal, don't understand why hot drinks aren't included in the meal deals. Overall great bite to eat. Staff where friendly and helpful despite the lunch time rush.

I had a seafood bagel. Was OK but I had to ask the guy serving to think about the fact that he used the same hand to take money and handle food, he placed one hand with a glove but used both hands to prepare the bagal. However he was very friendly and polite

Overpriced rubbish. You're better off putting up with the hunger pains

Bagels tasted fresh but lacking in sauce, making the overall experience rather dry.
