I'm on their 300 hour YTT and i'm loving it. Laura's experience and teaching weaves in so many things that i will take out into my own teaching - work around the nervous system, body mobility, gentle weaving in of the spiritual philosophy of yoga. I would recommend this to anyone looking to level up their teaching and feel a part of a supportive community of people looking to grow along the same lines. Ashley was also a great additional teacher on some of the courses.
