I've just attended the Ashtanga elements class led by Katie and it was amazing. I feel knot free and with a clear mind, the most perfect way to start the day. Thank you!

Without doubt the best yoga classes and space I've ever experienced. Every class and teacher is different but I like to go to a variety of different ones as they all complement each other (Louise's Thursday night class is pure relaxation bliss). The instructors all pay attention to you and correct your stance if it's wrong, too few do this in other places and just treat it like aerobics. The atmosphere is great, the price is reasonable and sometimes there's workshops for several hours on weekends. The only thing that would improve the place was if there was a membership scheme.
