Excellent instruction from Eunika on a 2 x session introductory workshop. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The insights I gained throughout the workshop were better than any I've had before, her knowledge is extensive and well communicated. I would highly recommend sessions at Yoga Central and Eunika as an instructor!

Lovely place to do yoga, amazing atmosphere and Eunika is a brilliant teacher. Parking at the venue can be difficult at times if there is an event on, but other than that I'd highly recommend it

Luscious space amazing teachers wonderful tea great ambience. Only thing is checking the traffic before you get there as it tends to get a bit crazy around Old Trafford on certain days

An authentic yoga studio true to the roots of yoga. And such a beautiful grand Warehouse studio with statues from India. A tranquil retreat from Media City and Manchester city centre. I love it here!

Fantastic place, I go regularly and have already recommended it to several friends. Really like the yoga studio and the teachers, Nikki and Eunika, who make you feel welcome and give good feedback. Lessons are varied and good value for money.

I'd been to 3 physiotherapy sessions and visited a chiropractor for my shoulder and lower back pain

5/ 5

I'd been to 3 physiotherapy sessions and visited a chiropractor for my shoulder and lower back pain, nothing had seemed to help as well as I'd hoped. After my first yoga massage with Jeanine at MYC, I felt an instant improvement physically, mentally and the pain subsided substantially. The calming environment at MYC and help I received has been fantastic. 10/10
