Lovely place, friendly staff, efficient service. The woman who did my brows was very direct about my brow shape, which I appreciated. She did an amazing job of balancing out my brows. She also suggested that I try tinting them too and showed me (using eye shadow) how they would look tinted so I think I'll try that next time I go back. Would recommend. Good location, good prices, excellent results.

Fay is a true artist when it comes to her aesthetics work. I’ve always been a bit apprehensive after previous experiences with lip fillers but Fay made me feel comfortable and at ease, and the results are AMAZING- and so painless! Would highly recommend her.

Great wax. I was able to book last minute over the phone. Usually I experience discomfort afterwards however I have left not even feeling any pain.

Not only do they advertise eye brow threading for £5 which is a common price. I realised very quickly they also enable sexism! I watched as the lady sat next to me had ONLY requested eyebrows to be threaded and was charged £5 as expected.....I then sat down waiting for mine to be done to which I must say was the worst threading experience as the old woman didn’t listen to me and to top it off when she had finished hacking up my eyebrows one of which was un even and thinner!!! To avoid any confrontation I said nothing. Cause she was quite blunt as it was I went to pay the asked price of £5 to be told That because I was a boy need to pay £10 when I questioned she said that woman get multiple treatments at any given time so they got the lower price now where is this showing on the advertising why a waste of money absolutely disgusting customer services and even more vile results unhappy is not even enough to explain my feelings

I’m so glad I went to see Fay for microblading my eyebrows look amazing! Fay is a perfectionist at brows , she takes her time to make sure they are perfect and you are happy .
