We stayed at the hotel for our wedding last weekend. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms and the whole hotel were well decorated with a stylish botanical theme, and the bed was really comfy! Also a delicious breakfast with lot of choice. Only one thing which could improve was the breakfast perhaps starting a little bit later at 8am. The on site nail bar is really handy and Minh, the technician, was brilliant. Overall, a great stay!

Cute hotel. Great breakfast, comfy rooms (at least the one we had) and very friendly staff. The location is fine, with easy walking distance to the pier, the theatre, the shopping districts and lots of restaurants. Free wifi. Perfect for a weekend getaway in this price range!

Couldn’t recommend it enough! I stayed there back in 2017 and I was amazed by the service. I just came back for 4 nights and I am glad I have found the same great service. The hotel is walking distance from the station and beach front based (walking distance to the i360 and pier). The hotel /room was very clean and well decorated (small touches everywhere!). Staff members are amazing: everyone is professional, kind and available. Eugenia, the manager, is a superstar! Breakfast includes a diverse buffet and options from the menu. I have also been offered a cake on my choice for my birthday. And at the check in they upgraded my room from a compact double to a luxury. I had good nights sleep: bed, and specially pillows, are so comfortable. I booked the hot tub and I have been offered 50% off price. I felt welcomed and spoilt! Thanks again to this amazing crew, I’ll definitely come over to visit In the future!

Lovely atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast choices were great, my only small issue was the cooked items could have been a little hotter. Other than this, a perfect Christmas break, with a sea view 👌🏻

*Summary* Comfortable bed and room, but let down by poor ventilation and mediocre breakfast --- *Good* Very comfortable bed, large. Lovely, large room. Shower very powerful, with hot water. Big bathroom, too. Nice large and accessible TV. --- *Bad* The temperature! We were in the basement and it was _so hot_. There was a fan in the room, but no AC. The fan was super loud, so no way we could have it on at night. I even got out of bed around 3am one night to go for a walk because I couldn't sleep. I didn't take a jumper, just going in t-shirt and shorts, assuming that it was hot outside. But I was actually a bit chilly like that. The entrance to the hotel was an ok temperature. Just once you go down into the basement. Unbearable for me. I slept very poorly. The breakfast looked like it was going to be phenomenal. I was so hyped for it. Unfortunately, they seem to try to do a bit of everything. As a consequence, nothing was done really well. The juice was cheap, the hash browns soft, the smoked salmon poor; the avocado wasn't properly ripe. The bakery stuff wasn't baked freshly but clearly bought. Fruit salad was basically non-existent. It was alright as breakfasts go, but nothing at all special. The eggs from the "order menu" were decent, though. --- Improve the quality of the breakfast items, even if this means reducing the quantity/choice, and sort out ventilation and it'll be a 5* place, for sure!

Splendid one night stay at the Charm. Kind and helpful personnel, beautiful and comfortable room and fantastic breakfast. Just as a comment: I'd remove the buffet breakfast option during the pandemic.
