Absolutely dead after about 9pm, and on any night other than naked days. Facilities good and clean but staff constantly wandering around with mops and torches is somewhat offputting. This used to be a very busy venue with plenty of action whoever you were into. Not so much nowadays sadly.

"Greeted" by a bad tempered, miserable, tall, young-ish foreigner - not the best first impression! There were more staff than customers and the place is quite shabby. Showers and soap dispensers barely worked which doesn't encourage good hygiene re using the jacuzzi. The bad tempered one kept reappearing with his flashlight and behaved as if everybody annoyed him and got in his way!

I use to go to this place and i loved it, can't understand some of the guys but i'm not going for a while after my experience in the dark room with a couple that tried to lube my ++++ so i could bear back them lucky i was wise to it but even so i'm going to have a HIV test in the next 12 days and then 3 months. "but all said and done this is one of the best gay saunas i have been "so clean" without a doubt just have to use my brain more and understand the risks.......

Don't know why the one private toilet upstairs upstairs has been closed. Everyone can hear everything in the toilets down stairs. It was good to be able to use this toilet if you needed a little privacy and a easily accessible sink.

Hygiene standards very poor +almost non existent): the changing area has remained filthy throughout the duration of my visit (2/ 1/2 hours). Filthy means dirty puddles on the floor, rubbish all wet on the floor and the toilets with the strongest smell of urine you could possibly imagine. Facilities mediocre, they look after the upstairs part (cafe/bar area) but neglect the most visited part Which is the basement (spa facilities and the rest). Don't recommend.

This review based just on the OWNERS RESPONSE below to comment made by someone called Steven Clark. Using SARCASM to respond to a customer shows a very poor response. He could have easily explained his reason for closing the upstairs toilet without any rudeness or sarcasm. It makes you think as a business he hasn't ever understood basic customer handling and care. It really reflects badly on him and makes you think he thinks customers need to be grateful to him. Rather than him being committed to providing the highest standards or RESPECTFUL CUSTOMER CARE. He didn't have to agree with the comments made but simply respectfully explained why was important. But perhaps I need to be fair to the owner and just assume he was having a bad day when he responded. Really hope it doesn't reflect his general attitude to customers.

Not my cuppa tea after 5 minutes in the sauna had 3 older guys follow me around and trying to touch me after telling them wasn't interested they got the hump and told me to f off, after telling staff members about the incident they didn't care, has ruined the experience for me. I will not be back (regualr weekly customer)
