The actual treatment, I would rate 5 as the 25 min back massage was so nice, I didn't want it to end

4/ 5

The actual treatment, I would rate 5 as the 25 min back massage was so nice, I didn't want it to end. My mum paid extra for a bamboo massage but she said it was not worth the extra. The only let down were the surroundings. The Hilton hotel where the spa is located is very in need of TLC. The spa itself also felt unkempt and in need of a clean. Recommend the massage, the spa could do with some attention though.

Horrible place with incompetent staff. They do not answer the phone, and the managers ignore any messages. They have trained their staff to say the manager is out of town to avoid dealing with any complaints. Do not go here. I have been waiting 3 months to get a refund and only been given consistent lies.
