This was my first treatment since being Diagnosed with Cancer in 2018 and Katie was amazing! She asked me what areas to work on and what to avoid; checking with me throughout. I will definitely be making the Full Body Hydrotherm Massage a regular thing.

Alex has always been a very good therapist. She has a very kind character and we've often had good chats. The pressure she applies has also been perfectly balanced and I'm starting to gain real lifestyle benefits (in the way of reducing stress) from the treatments. I'm going to miss not being able to come in for regular time outs but will definitely come back if I can.
