After renting with these clowns for 4 years and having a very very bad experience, receiving next to no support from every issue ranging from electrical problems through to boiler faults, I recently, mistakenly arranged a viewing of another property on their books. I now live outside Glasgow so it took me 2 hours to get into the property and 2 to get home. They claimed the viewing time was actually for 3pm - instead of the 3.30pm we'd agreed despite the fact that I'd checked it out the day before. It was definitely 3.30pm we were supposed to meet - they sent nobody to the viewing, wasting 4 hours of my time.

I rented from the property store and my bedroom ceiling leaked into my bed. After sending people round to fix it (who failed), they simply stopped sending anyone. I paid 4 months of rent for a flat I spent 4 nights in because of the leak and the agents ignored all of my emails referring to the tenancy agreement that the flat should be watertight and requesting some rent back.
