The Merrywood Practice bristol

We were waiting for over an hour when there was no one else in the waiting room. There was 1 doctor and we kept seeing him walk back and forth to get coffee but not seeing anyone? An appointment would take 5 minutes but I guess your coffee is more important. The receptionists were really rude too.

I joined this practice over a year ago and I've been very impressed from day one. I was with another practice for over 12 years and I thought that was as good as it got but how wrong was I! Staff (all of them: doctors, management, receptionists and nurses alike) are very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile when I've needed extra help. It's very easy to get through over the telephone and to make appointments at convenient times. I can't think of anything negative to say. I would definitely recommend this practice. Very happy! :)

Absolutely rubbish.

Really nice complex. They have lots of healthy activities in the park.

All staff here are very helpful and do their best even when it's busy, never had a bad experience.

Thanks to the NHS, especially the Merrywood practice for excellent treatment of my foot condition. Gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Jade Mayes, for her patience, professionalism and efficiency. Public health must be defended because our lives are going to be there.

Excellent sevice phoned my doctor today and my prescription was ready to collect from pharmacy 3 hrs later
