Recently, I embarked on a personal journey to improve certain 'aspects' of myself and decided to go with Tranform at the Park Place Clinic Cardiff. The website was informative and provided clear explanations and guidelines on all their procedures including payment and aftercare options. On arrival at the clinic I was greeted at reception with a smile and a welcoming environment from the receptionist - the waiting area was immaculate; reassuring clean! Moreover, Stacey Williams (Patient Advisor) was friendly, professional and knowledgable in all aspects of my procedure(s); the advice given was clear, practical and I left there with a feeling of calm, that all aspects of my health & safety and patient wellbeing would be catered for. The pack given at the end with contact details and extensive information was a nice touch - something to take away and mull over yourself. Highly recommend to anyone who is serious about getting a cosmetic or non-cosmetic procedure done. Thank You Park Place Clinic

Everything about my experience with The Hospital Group has been 5 star. The only regret I have about my gastric bypass is that I didn't do it sooner. Absolutely life changing! Thank you!

Stayed at Dolan Park Hospital for surgery on 10th July this year leaving on 12th. I was very happy with the Hospital and the Staff on 2 of 3 shifts were fantastic, unfortunately I was dissapointed with care I received from one of the nurses on the afternoon shift on the day of my surgery (Friday)having received my surgery at 11 am and been fasting since midnight the night before I was as you can imagine quite hungry but unfortunately my Husband had to ask for something to eat for me this was at 7pm before he left for the night,I'd also informed the same nurse earlier in the day that I needed the loo to be told she would come back later as she was busy but forgot to do so again my husband needed to remind her. But on a more positive note my surgery went really well and I am now recovering well and am suprised by how little pain I have experienced. Must give a mention to 3 members of staff I felt were exceptional with their care and genuine kindness i felt. Steve admitted me he made myself and my husband feel very relaxed prior to surgery and was able to answer any last minute questions so Thank You Steve for this also Belinda and Nicky(Fri&Sat night shift) 2 lovely ladies on the night shift their caring thoughtful ways were exceptional,Nicky even made the point of visiting me to inform me she wouldn't be caring for me on Sat night as she had been scheduled to another department and called back at the end of her night shift to wish me a speedy recovery and just to say goodbye. Thank You All your kindness and caring ways were appreciated. Sincerely Andrea

I had a conversion of my gastric band to a gastric bypass through Transform on 16th November. All of my appointments were done over the phone or via video call beforehand, and everything was explained clearly to me. I had the op in Spire Parkway in Birmingham and I can't say enough great things about the hospital and the staff. The room was lovely and all of the staff were really lovely and so helpful. Surgeon made sure I understood everything before the op, and all went to plan. I can honestly say that the day after the surgery, I couldn't believe how good I felt. I'm now 3 weeks post op and feel great and have so far lost over 2 stone. Mr Nijjar did a fantastic job.
