I’ve recently had lumbar spinal surgery done by consultant Mr Iqroop Chopra. Fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you to the catering staff, the nurses, porters, anesthetists and of course Mr Chopra for making me feel at ease and providing such a high level of service. I’ve been lucky enough to never need surgery prior but if there’s anything else I know where I’m going!

I had a shoulder operation under Mr Angus Robertson and from start to finish it was outstanding care. Nothing but praise for Mr Robertson his secretary Karen, Nuffied Cardiff Bay, The Vale Hospital and Adrian my physiotherapist. This was my first operation going private and it blew my mind. My own room with en suite , a 3 course meal and the staff were just amazing so kind and caring. I would highly recommend Nuffield and The Vale Hospital

Went in 1st Sep for day surgery and just wow!! All of the staff worked so hard and couldn't do enough for me. Attentive and kind and really cheery. Dr Bhal was amazing too and explained my whole procedure. Hospital is clean and food was fab too! Turned a nerve wracking experience into a more pleasurable one. Please say thanks to everyone for me x

I went in here for surgery on my urinary tract amongst other things, Prof brown is a amazing person

2/ 5

I went in here for surgery on my urinary tract amongst other things, Prof brown is a amazing person who put my mind at ease and food was amazing however the after care was not so good to be honest I would see nurses for up to a hour on end I wasn't cleaned up after op when I got home my Mrs couldn't believe the bloody mess they left me in below, I had to go home with a catheter attached for peeing and when it was time to leave I didn't have a clue how to use it or clean it so had to go ask the nurse who seemed reluctant to show me I didn't know how to strap it to me or anything luckily my Mrs nan has one so she knew how to deal with me, food was amazing but for a £4000 op I would of expected better after care with nurses to be honest

5/ 5

I had an operation on the 12th March with Chris Wilson and stayed at the Vale hospital for two nights. The staff were brilliant and a credit to the hospital and I would like to thank in particular Mary Snow, Kim Candy and Amy who looked after me on The Saturday. Your staff are a credit to you!
