We were lucky enough to visit this superb restaurant whilst on a short break in Exeter, and will most definitely be returning. We ate from the set menu which was varied and interesting, 3 courses for £27.00. The food and service were faultless. Would absolutely recommend.

A lovely restaurant with friendly service. The food was delicious. There is a 2/3 course set menu on offer depending on how hungry you are. 3 courses were £27.50. Also included in this price is bread, tea or coffee and petit four. Everything was delicious from starters through to dessert. I can highly recommend the signature cheesecake. We had two glasses of wine and a bottle of still water and meal came to £70.

The meal we had on Thursday 13th August was exceptional. Good Wine and excellent front of house staff. We have eaten here on several occasions and it never ceases to please. Given the health situation at the moment we felt totally safe in The Galley, well spaced out seating. Well done Nigel and all your staff.

Although small, tables are quite close if you can get over the waiting staffs rear end being very close it's worth it. The food is amazing and not expensive. Good selection of wine and not overly expensive. Have already recommended to friends and family.

What a charming place serving absolutely fabulous food. We were lucky enough to get a last minute cancellation on Saturday night. The restaurant was full with a lively atmosphere. We had mussels in a Thai broth, bream and venison. All the dishes were excellent. The service was quick and attentive and both waiters peppered the evening with welcome “dry” humour. All in all a top notch restaurant, can’t wait to go again.

An amazing night out here for a birthday celebration. The food was the best we'd eaten for a long time and the staff were so friendly and helpful. When my partner couldn't eat something specific the chef kindly adapted the starter and created him something delicious off menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we definitely hope to return ❤
