I had such a good experience with this gym. I went there for two years and do not have a bad thing to say. The staff are always lovely, friendly and helpful. Trainers are happy to give workout suggestions or answer any questions. Group fitness classes were always good and the instructors were fun and kept the classes interesting and motivating (Damara, Blake, Alan). I felt part of a community at The Forum and already miss it since leaving Newcastle!

I went there on a Saturday at round 5:37PM, which is 20 minutes to closing time. I was under the impression that the gym closes at 7pm like the Uni gym, so my mistake. But the way the staff talked to me was quite unprofessional in my opinion . I walked in and was questioned “What are you doing?” in a demeaning tone like I was there with the intention to break rules or something. A gentle reminder from the staffs that the gym closes at 6pm would have played out nicely. I don’t mean to put the staffs in trouble or anything ,but hope they can be nice and treat customers with a bit more respect. It would not hurt the business in anyway when you are nice to people.
