The atmosphere is great, it's welcoming and fun. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The classes so far, I love :) I feel like I've had a descent workout but also feel so relaxed during and after the class.

Warm friendly studio community with nice range of classes and easy booking system. Felt very welcome for the week I was in town for work. Great reformer classes by Georgie and Jacquie. Monday evening Yoga with Valentina was a treat. Would recommend even just for one class if travelling through town - beginners very welcome.
