Just started at the gym and I love how spacious it is, so many machines to use and there are also rooms for if you want more space to do workouts. The staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful and they make you feel so comfortable and don't judge you at all. 10/10 gym!

I can't comment on their physical services and facilities. I didn't like their website. The only way I could find out much about them from the website was to provide them with all my details. I just wanted to make a casual enquiry without committing myself to be included in their contact list. I tried filling in info, but leaving the email contact blank. Nup. It would not let me progress independently to find out more info.

Clean & well equipped gym. Lots of options to focus on specific exercises, as well as multiple sets of the common machines. A friendly but non-intrusive culture from other patrons. Management were amazing, organised & informative. Hope I keep up the good habit of being healthy!!!
