Personally, I couldn't fault the service, delivery and items of my recent order. The support I received was fantastic. Both staff members I spoke with offered practical advice, answered a myriad of my novice/google researched questions AND IMPORTANTLY... gave honest responses. Sometimes you need reassurance when spending considerable time and money on new products and I would definitely use The Disc DJ Store for future purchases.

I've ordered with the disc on several occasions in the past and never been disappointed. They have a fantastic range of products and are very well priced. I ordered online and found the process very easy and love you have so many options over postage, and how informative the courier service is, DPD keep you well informed about your parcels progress and if you run a busy schedule you know exactly when to expect your delivery. Fantastic service.

stop wasting peoples time saying you are in southampton when you are in bradford! luckily there was another shop in southampton that sold what i needed, could of been a long wasted trip

I ordered some Sennheiser headphones at 16:22 yesterday and they’ve just been delivered at 10:30 this morning! Amazing service and they were £20 cheaper that’s the Senneiser store too. Very happy customer.

I recently purchased a DJ controller package from this company, I forgot to put it out for delivery and only for collection, I live very far away the company rang me within the hour, after I payed to ask if I wanted delivery instead, even though it was my error, that's excellent customer service in my eyes, my new toys come the next day well happy and I noticed they do great DJ packages that's what interested me in the first place

Their website states they can ship internationally but, to have anything shipped outside of Europe, you have to email them to co-ordinate international shipping to your country. This would be fine, save for the fact that the vast majority of my emails to them go unanswered, and an overseas phone call to follow up resulted in "we're waiting on a quote from the shipping company, we'll be in touch" (which they never were). I'd love to give them my money, but they literally won't even let me buy anything from them, even with several weeks notice.

Initially purchased a Roland drum machine / decksaver combo from them and couldn't be happier. Very fast delivery, well packed and at a great price. Bought several more items from them since then and the service has been flawless.
