No internal stock to takeaway same day, but staff quickly turned our trip around by ensuring next day free delivery on a washing machine we found. Need to ensure stock for Christmas, or give customers lesser prices for no stock. 4/5. We got a washing machine in the end but need to wait 24hrs for delivery.

Customer service excellent. Thank you Sam who served us. He was straight to the point efficient didn't keep us waiting fast service yet gave us enough time. When we asked him questions he was only too happy to answer. Friendly and Trustworthy. They didn't have enough stock in so we were limited with our choice but Sam helped. He explained the reasons due to delivery issues etc. I give him 5 star too. If/when I visit Crown Point Branch again It would be for his service

Knew which laptop I wanted, went to Currys to buy it, you'd have thought I would have been an 'easy sell' for them, I told them the model I wanted 'sorry not in stock', no wish to sell me an equivalent model. Model was available at a near by branch, but they could only secure if a manager 'knew' someone in another branch - which they didn't, eventually they let me walk out of the shop. I know it was a quiet Monday afternoon but the staff appeared to be hanging around chatting to each other, no one interested in the customers. I eventually bought it for £50 cheaper from an online retailer, I'm sure this is not the way Currys want to do business, but they will lose us all to onine competition and we will lose the last high street electrical retailer
