Im totaly disgusted you sold my disabled daughter a used mobile phone saying it was new.. The battery expanded and made the screen come apart.. You charged 70 pounds for a repair which was used parts as the inside of the screen you placed on was scratched inside.. The battery you replaced does not hold its charge.. Your customer sevice sucks you think shouting a a young girl who is disabled and getting up in her face is acceptable i bloody think not... I shall be reporting you totaly disgusting patents please be aware they rip your child off and insult and try intimidation..

dodgy place bought a phone for £350 and it started having problems took it back and they sent me to carphone warehouse at foster square and they stated its blocked took it back to mobile extreme refusing to give refund don't buy from here rip off place they also right imei down and keep a copy will not buy from here again will be contacting trading standards
