We stumbled across this restaurant as it was attached to our hotel. We didn’t look it up in advance so weren’t sure what to expect. Needless to say we were blown away by Peru Perdu. We were served by a chap called Mark, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, knew the menu back to front and was also very passionate about the food on the menu. He was able to answer any questions we had as well as provide recommendations. Needless to say, when the courses arrived they more than lived up to his expectations. We went for a couple of smaller dishes as well as a main each - they were generously portioned and full of flavour. They had been cooked to perfection and clearly the chefs took a lot of pride in their work. The service was just as good as the food was, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting Manchester. On top of everything, the aesthetic within the restaurant was perfect - a unique style beautifully complementing the former cotton factory and tying in exquisitely with that of the attached hotel and bar. 10/10.

Back in Manchester for the 1st time in 2 years, Fin booked this place. It was absolutely amazing!! Best meal ever and staff service was exceptional. We were looked after so well by Rob, which was great as it was our 1st time. Mark also ensured our experience was top class. Would highly recommend and will be back there when in Manchester again.

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and it was a hit! There was a short wait on our drinks due to a mix up, this was quickly corrected once realised and the drink were served with our starters. The food was amazing!! We had 2 starters and shared a Chateaubriand, this was one of the best I've ever had! Waiting on staff checked back to ensure we were happy with the meal despite being really busy, which doesn't always happen and is appreciated. Overall we had a good experience and would definitely go back!
