Very efficient service.The guys who did the work were punctual,friendly,clean and tidy and continued to work despite the awful weather conditions.Would certainly recommend this company.Im very happy with the work,thank you Crown windows.

Have been dealing with this company for over 20 years and they without exception provided an excellent service each time. All the staff are a credit to the company. From the start of the process extremely professional and the work is always done on time and there is never any mess left behind. Also members of my family and friends have also used the company and have all said the same. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Wanted to use Crown seen as there local to have a new window fitted in my sons room, to make our house safety compliant. After ringing with approximate measurements and explaining what I'd like I was told I'd be rung back with a approximate quote later that day. I waited a week and had to keep ringing them to chase being told it's Pam dealing with you job, I'll get her to call you back. Finally I get a call and a quote and then booked in for a official measure, I was told they would be coming at 4.30, so I swapped my shift to accommodate being at home ready. Turned up at 5.20. Anyway window was measured and we were happy, the next day we had a call with a official quote and happy to proceed. But then an official order had to be posted out to us and a surveyor also had to arrange to come out, fair enough, but the job suddenly stopped there. After nearly 3 weeks of waiting and calling to chase and being told the illusive Pam will call me back, I've still heard nothing. If they didn't want the job just say so and I'd have not wasted my time switching shifts etc I could have been in the que for getting it done elsewhere and possibly had it done by now. But also why bother wasting thier time coming out to measure? Unreliable and obviously have enough custom, don't need my business. Such a shame because I like to support local firms.

We are absolutely delighted with our new glass conservatory roof. It makes such a difference. The conservatory is so much lighter and warmer. Special thanks to Jason and John for their excellent workmanship. A high quality job and good value for money. We will definitely use Crown windows again and would highly recommend.

The strangest customer service experience. I called Crown As this is a local company and I figured I will give them my business. I have a few repair jobs that I wanted them to look at and also an extension enquiry to the rear of the house. The chap came round I believe possibly the owner and had a look at the said jobs. He has a Very strange attitude which I knew some people may believe is cocky and a little bit Pompous however I thought he was ok and nice Enough and knew what he was talking about. He looked at my repairs and identified the issues and also took pics at the back of the house. I asked “how much is this looking like?” and he said “oh I don’t know I don’t sort that someone at the office I’ll get back to you” which was very odd. Me and husband actually laughed and thought “oh well maybe that is how they do things let’s wait and give them a chance “. Given Covid Etc I feel companies should be given a chance and now they’re processing times are probably longer. However three weeks went by and still no call. Again to give them a chance I call them back speak to a lady and explain the situation she tells me the manager has a backlog and he’s been off with a broken finger laughing to herself and would get back to me. Again to date no call it’s been 2 months. Now I’m just really annoyed I’m giving them a chance yet they clearly don’t want my business maybe the work is not enough or they are badly organised ?. not to give us a call just to tell us what the issue is is simply poor. I had to put this review on you So you can take this feedback on the very strange appointment and customer service. Hopefully you can improve when someone else needs your help

I have just has the windows, including the conservatory, soffits fascias and drains by Crown Windows and they do exactly what they say they will do with minimum fuss. The installation team were superb and the standard and speed of their work was spot on. Special thanks to Jason and John for their professionalism, nothing was too much trouble and they always cleaned up well after themselves. All in all the result exceeded my expectations and our thanks goes to all the staff at Crown Windows, great value for money!
