Strange man came around , changed my origi all.idea to his as it was easier, went away to quote them

Strange man came around , changed my origi all.idea to his as it was easier, went away to quote them came back and rejected the job ?? That he had basically designed! Wasted time Strange reply as YOU told me how the plan should work best and YOU said it would not need planning. In any case I will engage a contractor who will carry the job out start to finish including submitting planning applications on our behalf as reputable companies do. I understand if your advert that you do bespoke designs is not actually true, and you want the basic 6x3 design of the house. Infortinantly I require a contractor with a little more vision
