The Club at County Hall – westminster

Loving this gym - convenient, great location, clean and well equipped... Especially appealing is the sense of space and the fact that you can exercise in a naturally lit exercise area during the day... In so many other fitness centres you simply feel cramped for space - or that you're exercising underground! Definitely not here...! One great feature is the 25 metre pool, perfect for a post workout swim and to soothe those tired muscles: it's always spotless and never crowded. Outstanding customer service is a hallmark at the club - nothing is too much of a hassle... Could it be improved? Yes: a larger free weights space for us bigger guys would be awesome, but it's certainly not a deal breaker. Looking forward to lots of great workouts in the future!

I've recently joined The Club At County Hall and it was a superb idea. The team is warm and friendly and the facilities well kept. I mainly use the swimming pool which is fantastic seeing the size. I'd recommend the Club to anyone. I love that it's within a luxurious hotel since the hospitality is felt the minute your enter the doors. Keep up the good work!

A spacious leisure facility in a great location. There is always access to the weights and machines that I like to use. Staff always on hand to assist with anything you need - even outside of a Personal Training Session. Variety of classes are great and numbers are good so it is not over-crowded. Changing rooms and gym floor is always clean and the pool is an excellent addition to relax in if you fancy changing up your routine. Beats the chain gyms hands down!

Great gym! Not too busy so there is no need to queue at any time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect place to relax and unwind. All facilities are high quality. Worth every penny :)

Great gym in central london! Spacious and bright with a friendly and helpful staff. I'm happy that the changing rooms are always immaculate. Well done Marriott! On a side note, but similarly as important - Adam, their membership advisor, is not only very passionate about fitness but really professional and quick - I was up and running within ten minutes; its great to find Adam who actually cares about my progress. Thank you!

Some of the staff is very Rude and sub standard equipment and facilities not alway work.

Went there for turner swim lesson. The staff lady for the club gave me a slip and explained nothing about it assuming I knew everything. Got myself stuck in the alleyways cause I didn't know how to enter the pool inside that labyrinth.
