Awful service and now that the opening times have changed you just have no chance of going and seeing someone at all. They used to open early but now it doesn’t even open until 10am and shuts at 6pm, so no scope for people who work at all! Utterly useless.

Appalling service. Every time I’ve been here I’ve had over 2 hours wait. Even when I went in as a high priority case I was told the wait would be 1 hour 45. The reception staff are frequently seen just sitting about when there’s a queue. No wonder people skip this place and go straight to A&E.

Thanks so much what a fantastic friendly service. I went mid morning was seen by the triage nurse in less than 10 minutes. Following that I waited less than 15 minutes and was seen by a very kind and helpful nurse Alison Walker. Much Appreciated. On this saddest of days I filled in the form they gave me. i wrote on ethnic group European. Horrible this was not offered as an option. When so many Europeans are serving us via the NHS.

Can you guys please alter the phone number on the google search. It is for a gym based on Allerton Road and we are getting multiple calls per day which is causing significant interruptions
