I can’t thank TDP enough for their professionalism, experience and empathy in dealing with my RTA/personal injury case. At every stage they were considered and careful to ensure the best outcome. In particular Paul Fowler and his team were simply brilliant at skilfully investigating all the circumstances and providing me with impeccable guidance and support throughout. I built up a great relationship with them and I absolutely recommend them for legal services with a personal touch.

Would give zero stars if possible. not responsive, always having to chase them, ignored my emails and phone calls. Receptionists always said they would pass it on and get someone to contact me, nobody did. Went weeks trying to talk to someone and being ignored, emailing different people and not getting responses, being told by the receptionists every time that there was nobody available to talk to as they were at court. Said they had a complaints procedure, but when I tried to complain they sent be an extremely rude email and said they would be dropping my case (which is illegal). Paul was extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. when I asked for paperwork they had on my case (since they wanted to stop acting for me) he ignored my emails and made it extremely difficult to get the information I needed. Not sure if because I'm young they thought they could get away with it or if they are like this with everyone but I am currently seeking advice from the legal Ombudsman in regards to them. Would not recommend. Stay clear of them at all costs!

Great work from Amanda on my RTA from start to finish, could not recommend TDP Solicitors enough! The process was very smooth and my case was dealt with in a professional manor. All of the staff are also very helpful.
