Don’t even bother going with this firm. The only good thing about them is the reception. They answer nicely and so polite. But when it comes to your case, they are the worst people you could go to, make sure keep the copy of everything as they keep loosing your papers.

We are first time buyers and so far it has been 15 weeks since this process started. We've not been kept informed on the progress throughout and still have not heard anything about contracts. Nearly 4 months after the start, with no chain involved. Absolute sham.

If you are buying or selling a property and the other party is using this firm then seriously reconsider continuing with the transaction. We had the misfortune of dealing with Gemma Lea who was bordering on unworkable. On her bio it says 'Her aim is to reduce the “stress” involved in moving home and to ensure the transaction runs as smoothly as possible'. Well I can say first hand this comment is preposterous. We nearly dropped out of the transaction many times as her attitude was basically 'my way or the high way'. Would give zero stars if possible. AVOID AT ALL COST!

AVOID at all costs! Terrible communication when buying a house through them. We weren't in a chain and this took a life time finalise. I was told they could not carry out any home completions due COVID then they change there mind and resulting in us having to pay double rent on the current location! So rude when you phone them also!

1/ 5

Please do not use this firm for conveyancing services. Really poor communication and a complete lack of ownership of any issues. Read the other reviews and you’ll see poor communication seems to be a reoccurring theme. Caused us lots of problems and lost time and money due to a host of avoidable communication issues
